I am getting .pdf error msg on any .pdf file I try to post.

(pdf location) http://forums.falconeasygroup.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1709#Post1709

I have the admin set for post files and the max file size 2097152 and change the settings to accept .pdf.

The file works normaly, prior to me uploading

Any Ideas

We had a few pdf issues with the file uploader previously, but I thought we caught them all. I see you're running the latest version however, so I may still need to adjust this some. Are other attachments working or is it just pdf files?

Ok, so it looks like we have some other issues going on. I'd check the permissions on the tmp/ and also your specified upload directory and make sure that both of those are fully writable to start.

I have never seen a acrobat error message pop up on this issue.
But I have seen the 0 bytes issue. But for the jpg problem you might want to double check your folder/file permissions.
You could start at control panel>> permission checks..
Also may want to double check jpg is a allowed extension. Don't forget case sensitive naming issues.

Ok. Can you look at this pic and see if I am missing somthing. Again, this is a little over my head when we get into the directory settings.

Okay I don't see a path for Attachment storage directory.
Or Full URl to Attachment storage directory.
And you will need to select the "Click to test directory" link.
This is where the location of uploads is specified.
So what you need to do is specify a folder for uploads. Create them if they don't already exist and paste the paths in the two fields. Then select the test directory link.

Ok. I am really shooting in the dark here.
(I know you guys are laughing)

I created in the DIR (see picture) an upload folder. Would the path then be http://www.falconeasygroup.com/uploads.
?????:-(

You would need to enter the full server path to that directory in the "attachment directory" field; and the url in the url field.
