Yeah, that was always there since the beginning of my installation from years ago. You should, even as a guest and not logged in, be able to see the Shout Box entries.



All checked out, everyone has permission (indicated by the number "1" in the field) to see it and everyone, except guests, have permission to use it.

BTW, Even if any setting looks correct still select the save options.
It could be you have a hosed file somewhere and that will rewrite to the database.
