Are you getting any emails at all? If you try to send an email to your email address, does it come through? Basically, the first thing we're checking is that basic email functionality is working properly.

the other email works..

I remember now trying to do this before, and concluded that it would not accept the root doman. I can put in every other one and it works..

I think I might be the only one with this problem, and not sure why, it does not make sense in my limited experience.
