I just purchased ubbthreads 7.5.4.2. When a downloaded the tar.gz file and tried to unpack it, I get the following error. Seems something is wrong with the tar.gz file.
gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
I tried to unpack it on two different Linux but got same result.

FYI, I also downloaded the .zip file and used Linux unzip. This seems to unpack without any problems, so I guess I'm OK. But I don't think that there should be corrupted files on the download page.
Humm... someone else a week or two ago had a similar problem with the tar files. I know the zip files are fine. At least they were. Have you tried them yet.

I think I'm going to have to remove the .tar.gz option for right now. Not quite sure what's going on. Repackaged a couple of the versions, some extract fine, some end in an error, when they are done the exact same way.
Will put the .tar.gz option back in when it's working properly.
i do not think i was ready for you to put words in quotation marks. i'll think about what you really want when you put your search in quotes and try to return something that makes sense. Great article giving all the technical detail about this product. i was wandering around to get some insight about it from a long time. thnx to resolve my issue
