Hi all. We've been using UBB software for years and our small medical board has gone from 40 people to nearly 7,000 and we are now the largest online support group for our type of arthritis in the world (Ankylosing Spondylitis ). That's kind of daunting sometimes but we're getting used to it.
Our members sometimes grumble about new upgrades ("Hey, I just learned my way around the last version!") but after a while they start to like all the new stuff and the planet is revolving the right way again.
