I've been a UBB Customer since 2001 and I have to say they are still going strong and in many cases only getting better.

it's hard to improve on the great customer support I get, but they always manage to do an excellent job.

I contract them for each and every upgrade I do, and they are always on top of things.

if you're wondering -- don't.
