I am attempting to download the newest version of UBB threads to update my website. I now get no access to the versions beyond 6.5.5

As far as i know when we bought we bought a lifetime subscription, when it was bought back in 2001 or so.

Was hoping to get some help on this issue and find out what is going on.

i have never had an issue getting the new version until the new members area.

Im sure Rick or someone on the team will be around soon and can get this all taken care of. Maybe open a ticket so they have your info and see it quicker??

well so far it seems its not listed as a lifetime like it should be....and accordign to the records rick has found its only a standard. sent more messages about purchase. Sadly no original receipt to show that it was a "lifetime/gold"

high hopes on this topic though.

These forums are more for user to user support; as we don't have access to license data you'd really have to make a support ticket with the sales department...

If you have a gold license there are some issues in the new database for access. Like me I had the same problem at first.
Send Rick a nag about it and he will fix your access.

I actually posted here first to see if it was an issue like Ruben stated. I know they just bought it back so I wondered if it was more a dbase issue.

Rick took care of me as soon as I could find the original information about the account. It has transfered a couple hands over the last many, many, years. Started as a w3t (from what I understand) account, and was transfered to us back in 2003 ish.

Long time coming I guess.
