How many support staff members do you have?
(I.e. how many employees work primarily with support?)

I handle the majority of the forum support during the day. We have 2 others that monitor the forums during the evening/night. However the community in general answers the majority of the forum questions.

The ticketing support system is staffed by 4 people. Whenever a ticket is added/updated it sends out a page to all 4 people, so tickets are normally answered very quick.

We had superior support with just one person.
Now we have 4 people.

Don't worry about support. Beyond the support staff, there are a bunch of very knowledgeable users here. They are just waiting to pounce on any questions that may arise - and I mean that in the best possible light.
