Where is the place to upload avators to? By the members I mean.

AND why are things like this not set up in the install??

Control Panel -> Profile Settings is where it's specified.

The installer is meant to get the forum installed and operational as easily as possible, it's not meant to setup features that not everyone is going to use, otherwise it would be just as big as the control panel itself.

Thanks I just found that as well...

When it askes for the exact url i had put in www.adventistcafe.com/avatar/ that generated problems, I then put just /avatar/ and it worked, not sure that is a bug or something i am doing wrong, I am using the latest beta version.
