I have a user having trouble accessing a private forum on my site. Even though I've confirmed his account has the right permissions, and I have no trouble when I "become" him, he can't access the forum.

He logs in properly, as his name does get displayed next to the "Welcome"

But when he tries to access the forum, he is denied.

What could be causing the difference between when he logs in and when I become him?

Could it be a cookie issue?

Never seen this before.

I'm not sure what OS and browser he's using, but will find out and report back.

Hmm, not sure right off hand. Does he have problems getting into any other area such as editing his profile and such?

I had him clear his cookies and restart is computer last night and see that he posted as of this a.m., so not sure what the exact isssue was.
