Since we are currently running version 6.5, do we have to upgrade to version 6.5.5 before upgrading to 7.5.5? Or can we go direct from 6.5 to 7.5.5? We have 7.5.5 running in a beta test directory on our server, but for some reason, ALL images attached to member's posts are being purged during/after the migration, and won't appear. Everything else is working fine.

You can upgrade from 6.5 directly. If they are attachment type images, then I'd check the ubbt_FILES table and see if that's actually populated with data.

Ok, so they are definitely in the database. So when you say purged, is it even giving a link to the attached files in the posts?

Nope. When viewing the source code of a member's posting that was migrated, the image code is completely missing.

Can you open a support ticket with FTP/Admin info to the forums so we can take a look?
