The actual link would be helpful.
I have one user behind some type of email firewall that every link is broken.
Never did resolve the issue.
But the effect was as I recall.
The actual url in the email was altered going through the users email server and it was encrypted.
I will call it that because the url just went on and on and was not recognizable by me to refer to my site.
And outlook I guess truncated the url because it was to long.
