I assume of course you unzipped the file first and imported the text file.
Maybe the zip file is corrupted?
I know that style is in a couple of places and some have had issues installing it.
I would try starting over. Download, unzip and import.
But anyway your file should look something like:
"mood" => "moods/default",
"wrappers" => 4,
"css" => "koniro_1257598766.css"
);
Don't copy it and use it because the last line with the css file will have a different number.
