Was the WWWThreads name ever trademarked? After all it was the original name of UBB.threads.

He hijacked the domain when Infopop had it and it expired. Name was never trademarked.

Originally he had all of the old customers listed on his site as well, but I sent him an email and he took those down.

Interestingly, Social Strata still has the ultimatebb.com domain, although Mindraven now owns the former licenses for both UBB.classic (formerly Ultimate Bulletin Board or UltimateBB) and UBB.threads. I wonder, would it be possible for Mindraven to buy the domain?

I'm not seeing any reason to waste any time or money while we are waiting v8 to blow everything else out of the water.

I'm with Harold. Why get distracted by something that is not all that important at this time. After v8 is released, they perhaps revisit the domain name issue.
