Uploaded 7.5.6 brand new install install went fine went through all steps no errors tables created etc says to delete install directory and to continue go here

Whole thing is blank so is admin.

I can see the forum just fine. Perhaps it is just a cache issue on your computer.

He must have fixed it, it was blank for me a little while ago

A good step for situations like this is make sure that, for whatever reason, the cache directory is empty (with the exception of the index file) and that the cache, sessions, and templates/compiled directories are all writeable.
