and click on "Hurry"'s username to the left of the post then "view posts". When I do this I get "this user has made no posts".
Not sure why - any ideas? If not I'll log a support request with Rick, but it might be easier all round not to.

WE need to be registered I guess to view profiles at your site.
But I have seen this happen all to often today with all the spammers.
They get deleted and the cache still shows some posts for them
If this is a valid member I would start researching in the ubb control panel.
1.Control Panel » View Admin Logs
to see if someone had edited or deleted the member.
2.Control Panel » Member Management
just to take a peek if anything looks out of wack.

I logged out, and yep - couldn't see the profile! He's a valid member, and it applies to all the members. I've checked both the areas you suggest and nothing seems to be amiss - but I've only been going for a few months.... It is a small board with only ~50 members, all of which get "approved". No spammers as yet.

I kinda missed this reply but anyway.
After checking all folder/file permissions.
I would suggest opening a support ticket with Mindraven.
It would save a lot of time back and forth to each other.
