Recently I've reached the conclusion that I haven't been able to run UBB as a business properly. Unable to fund a full staff for coding has led to delays and such and I've been unable to meet the deadlines I've wanted to meet. As many of you know, I've always had a day job along with coding and running UBB. Later this month my family and I will be moving out of state for a new job which will limit my time even more.
So, with that all being said, UBB has a new owner, and I'll be staying on as a consultant to ease the transition.
The hosting business of Mindraven isn't going anywhere, my wife pretty much runs that, and it remains that way.
