If you recall, I had piggy-backed on the OP's message about this topic, but I am afraid that I might have caused some confusion, so I started my own topic.
Here was my original question -
I hope you guys don't mind me piggy-backing on this topic. As I will be performing a mass mail soon.
I did a test run, by sending out one email to ensure that all will work right, unfortunately, the email never arrived at its destination.
I actually sent it to myself. I also verified that I am receiving emails at the destination.
Am I missing a step in the process? I am using v7.1.1 of UBB.
There was some dialog between myself, Gizmo and Ruben, but I thought I would send you the steps that I have taken -
Log into Control Panel
Under Membership, I select Member Management
View/Edit Member, Submit
Search Results, Select Member
Action, Email, Perform Select Action
Available Options, Send Email Directly
Generate Email, Fill In Text, Send Email
Message received, email has been sent
I check the recipient email account, no email
