Hey all. I'm an Admin on a UBB motorcycle forum.

The ignore feature has been getting used quite a lot lately. What was noticed is that it doesn't apply to the "Active Topics" page. If a member is ignored and he the last to post on a thread, that post shows up on the Active Topics page. Once you click into the thread the post shows "you are ignoring this user"

Does anyone know a fix for the active topics page.

i usually tell peeps who need to ignore someone, you really can't fully ignore them..

you can see them slinking around the forum still

so i just tell peeps to deal with it and maybe ignore the PC for awhile instead

so to fully ignore someone, you would have to NOT visit the forums at all, basically..

otherwise, as it is, you can partially ignore them and learn to live with it

I tried that approach... It didn't take...

Or you can ban them temporarily until they get the idea that they aren't welcome *shrugs*
