Does anyone know a way to disable the graemlins in the shout box?

We have some cool gifs but they have become quite the distraction.

yah, that would be a modification to bbcode.inc.php

you can test for $this->type == 'shoutbox' and not process smileys

it would be a modification to stock code smile
