#24470 - 01/04/03 07:37 PM UBB.class import script

I currently am using UBB.classic 6.4 at http://www.coreplanets.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi and this morning I installed UBB.threads 6.2 and it appears to be running fine. I only created one member, the admin account on the threads installation. I've not created any forums because my understanding was that the import script would create them.

So now I'm prepared to run the ubbimport.php file, which I downloaded this morning and it states its for threads 6.2.

I ran the script a few minutes ago, and this is the response I get from the script:

</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="">quote:</font><hr /><font size="" face="">
Checking... ''SQL ERROR: Sat, Jan 04 2003 19:31:51 -0500 Unable to do_query: CREATE TABLE w3t_memtemp( memname text, pubname text, number text )

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /home2/moswc/public_html/ubbthreads/ubbimport.php on line 217
</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="" face="">The first thing I noticed in the error messages is that in the absolute paths it starts with /home2 when it should be /home (that's how I typed it in).

Other than that, I'm at a loss.

I'm receiving the following error when running the ubbimport.php file.

Did you chmod the cnf file to 666?

Just figured that out about 30 minutes ago. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

I used the script in the member's area and there were no instructions included in the zip file. I think there should be an install.txt file included in the zip to remind folks to change the permissions on the config file to 666.
