Well we both know that if a group has cp permissions that they truly don't have full control over the control panel.
Some unknown permissions are missing.
It would be a nice to know to be able to know the difference.
But maybe it should really be a feature change to expand the permission selections for a Mod other than "can edit users" and "Full CP access" which is not really true.
