Had a user suggest a good feature. Allow a user to block specific users from replying to his threads.

kinda like a mini topic starter permission thingie i did for you..

basically the topic starter has control of what group or individuals can participate..

not sure if we can generalize it enough for stock though..

This wouldn't be so much for groups, but rather for specific individuals.

For example, I have a user that certain individuals give a hard time. Rather than keep having issues with them, this one user would like to exclude them from being able to reply to his threads.

Sort of like an "Ignore this User" option, but apply it to your threads. Something like "Exclude This User from My Threads."

I like the idea. Kind of frees up mods from dealing with nonsense and cleaning up threads.

They would just create "flame" threads of their own filling the boards with innumerable flame bait threads to contend with. The idea is good, but I don't think it would work exactly like you want it.

I think the novelty would wear off and it would serve its purpose. Guys who can't help but break certain people's balls would eventually give up.
