I don't mean to be curt with you but a theme(style) is just that. And it can look like whatever you want with a custom one.
You first need to determine what you are looking for, (color scheme,specific graphics,etc). Gizmo offered but he will need some info on what your desired effect is. As well as anyone else that offers to help.
Just stating I want it to look better is a open topic.
So be prepared to have some idea in mind of what you want.
