Is there a way to link another website through the forum title?

What I mean is, If someone clicks on a forum title, instead of opening that forum it will open another website. This would be a new forum that I'd create and there wouldnt be anything there, no posts. But when someone clicks on that forum title they would be directed to another website.

Like they click on the forum and it just brings them to a link? If so, I've already requested that this feature be added in a future version...

the same as if you clicked on a banner, but you click on the forum and it takes you to a different website.

As Gizmo stated it is a requested feature.
To have site links listed as a forum format.
Currently it is what it is without some type of modifications.
