Several users have lost post counts, some over a thousand and nothing was deleted from our forum.

Any idea as to what could be happening?

Your user_profile table could be corrupted.

Nope, I haven't pruned anything yet. The forum is still pretty small.

Kind of perplexed, the total post count has not changed but our members counts under their names have.

PHPmyadmin would be in cpanel?

My last b/u was 2 weeks ago and i figured I would lose recent activity if I restored from there.

If I manually edit the tables, I am not sure of the post counts for each member so I really don't want to do that.

Thank you Ruben!

Yes cpanel should have phpmyadmin,usually.
Well if two weeks ago it was okay.
then I would make a additional current backup for safety.
Then just repair(if needed) and/or update the table user_profile
with the old backup.
You would of course loose any changes by the users to their profile since the old backup.

Then if all gets hosed up you can just restore the current backups to be what they are now.
