Hey guys and gals,

I guess this will be a 2 part post that I hope someone can help me with.

1. When I click "Who's Online" in the portal it takes me to that page. Then of coarse it lists the Display name, IP (for Mods and Admin), Status, Last Activity Time and then Location. Under the location it lists whatever the person is doing at the time of the portal update.

My question is that sometimes it says Private for some people in the location box. Any clue what activity causes this?

2. Say that our forum has a PM max of 20. When someone is at their max messages and the Mods or Admin needs to send them a PM, is there any way to force that PM to go through so that the user receives it? Is there a setting that allows any PM from a Mod or Admin to be forced through?
