Well upgrading from 7.5.5 to 7.5.6 would equate to:

Well they are enhancements in my book even if you started at 7.5.6. The security patches are a big enhancement. Even though there are not feature changes.
I agree 100%. There should be a upgrade script, Regardless if it is a version upgrade or patch and they should both work the same. Just to avoid confusion on the user end.
