I believe Powered by UBB.threads™ would suffice.

I mean, if you need to know your version number, just take a look in the admin CP.

Good point - I was only thinking in terms of Google, but of course you are correct.

Still, there is no reason why the issue couldn't be fairly easily addressed in an upgrade.

I never saw the point, from a security aspect, of boldly presenting to everyone what version we're running; when the CP shows it fine for those who need to see it...
