can't preview posts

starting sometime yesterday, I'm getting ton's of errors on my website, all 404 for variations of the substring /[object%20HTMLScriptElement]

when I attempt to preview a post in my forum it now displays the entire website in the preview pane...

I had done some security patches a week ago that giz had sent me, and had no issues till now, I tried updating the entire forum today using the official patch to see if it would fix it and the problem persists.

working with David Dreezer, narrowed it down to something in my header, but I haven't changed anything in that in ages.
he said something is braking the Ajax code..

problem seemed to be being caused by a snippet of code for tinychat, deleted that from the header and problem solved, that code snippet had been there for over a year, not sure why yesterday it would start acting up..
