is there a way to give partial control and block that?

Yea, create a new group and allow that new group access to the cp than add yourself to the new group. Than go to group admin and dis allow access to the cp But watch cause they can add themselves to new group too

i think i just screwed up, i cant even get in there now. i can but i cant get to the row of functions! help

ok how do i get the list of functions back. i was in there and unchecked the box infront of admins being able to access it. didnt think that would include me? this is all i can access now/

You will need to go into the database using something like phpmyadmin. Select ubbt_CP_PERMISSIONS and it will show you the group numbers. It should be group 1, click the pencil icon not the x. Set FULL_ACCESS to 1 and save.
