Not UBB, but problem on Mindraven server after move to new server. Our gallery software is not creating thumbnail images anymore. Here are the error messages I am seeing.. Thoughts?

yep, you'll need the shell command ( exec ) if you are using imagemagick

for short term, use GD and then talk to the host

Well I was able to rebuild the thumbnails using GD2 for now, but this sucks... I opened a support ticket, lets see how long it takes to get fixed...

specifically ask for 2 things:

1. php exec function Exec manual
2. imagemagick to be installed and for them to tell you the path ( /usr/bin/local/convert or /usr/bin/convert )

ps: this is something 'special' to UBB that Rick should have disclosed to the buyer, so they don't get egg on their face. that is what he was selling to you guys as a part of the original 'Mindraven experience' of love/care.

actually, in looking @ your error messages, i see it is with photopost, but the same idea applies to UBB galleries using IM

Yep that is what I thought. Like I said it was working before the "move" so it should work now. They email me that is was fixed, but alas it is not...
