Where does one see the last time they logged on?

From what I can tell a regular user can't.... an admin can go to the control panel under member management and pull up a name (or you can click on their name and "edit user" it will show the registration date and time as well as the last time they posted.

Along the same lines, if OK, if someone deletes one or all of their PMs, is that one no longer viewable?

Well, there are such things as backups.

If you open the user list it will show under the name.

Ultimately, when it's gone, it's gone... It may still exist if it has participants still, but once you delete it then there isn't much hope.

It might still exist depending on your database backup schedule.
