Connectivity issues with ubb and express hosting?

Just this week I have noticed issues with connecting to ubb.
It happened a few days ago.
But this morning I noticed for about a hour.

Ubbcentral.com -No connection
expresshosting.net - No Connection.
personal site hosted with express hosting - No connection.

Whats up with that?
