You may have to dive into the database for that, ubbt_SHOUT_BOX stores USER_IP. Do a search for the shout id and it will show you the ip attached to the shout.

Maybe it should be added to the tooltip if the user can see ip's...

The hokey way would be to select the member name which takes you to the profile then edit member. It will not show the ip used for the shout per say but will show the last post ip and registration ip.
