Moderator notification issue

This might seem petty considering all the hacking going on, but is there a way to disable the "multiple User notifications" that moderators get?

I know you can go into your user preferences and uncheck the box individually, but is there a way to disable the feature so that option isnt even available to anyone and is always off globally for any mod?

I actually did this on my board too, here is what I did. Before you do this, go set it to no for all your mods than apply this.

editdisplay.tpl

Find this around line 246 comment out
