I have a question about the colors , so in this given example I see on the left side of the screen that admin is red , Global Mod is light blues and [color:#009900]Moderator is green

and that is fine , however , besides this authorities , can we have a different color for the topic starter OOP , let say orange ?

In stock code you can't have a special color for a topic starter.
As far as I know.
But you can add a custom color per user.
