Just a great professional job installing the board.

Thanks, it was a great experience for me.

Thanks, Mike L

Mike L. and anyone else lurking!

On May 9th our Website renewed our support license (it had lapsed)and we upgraded to Ubbthreads Version 7.5.6. We paid for the Professional Install and it was well worth nominal price.

Brook emailed me back and forth almost instantly with answers that I needed. A very positive experience and I would recommend UBBThreads.

One very small hitch (to me) was the person inputing our Credit Card info into the system hit the send key at least 4 times too many! This caused our Credit Card Security folks to BLOCK our account. UBBThreads instantly credited our account 4 times for the amount debited. We received an unexpected trial of our credit cards security...suspicious activity and wham! Shut down which is a good thing!

Thanks UBBThreads!

Not sure who the particular "Mike L" above is, but I have never contracted for installation of any version of UBB from the time I ran Classic to when I did the upgrade and import to Threads.

Glad that "Mike L" was a happy customer, but it was not I. wink

Looks like we have two members with very similar display names. And they are getting confused with each other.

Just the number of spaces (or lack thereof) between Mike and L.

I have come across this previously with users trying to impersonate other users.
