What is the best way to stop the robot spammers signing up?

I have CAPTCHA verification on and also have added a few required question to slow then down, however that is not going to stop them down.

If I use the Registration Queue that means I would need to login each day.

Also "Gizmo's Stop Forum Spam" what was that all about?

StopSpam is an add-on that you can sign up for at their site, add the code into your forums and it will alert you and even stop known spam sites from registering on your site.

I can look up the download for Gizmo's script at UBBDev but I can't do it from my laptop, as everything is saved on my main computer that died two days ago.
