Here we are over 1 year since the splash page notice that it was only a couple weeks away.

It seems that the fat lady is warming up and it is time to start considering other options.

I know that SD was still working on the importers. Which is needed to upgrade to 7.6.
Because of all the changes to the database it is not a simple upgrade but will be treated as a import per say.
So at this point I have not even heard if any beta testing is happening.

I think a valid concern is this:

If it takes this long (with little to no communication) to get the upgrade released...

Then how are we ever going to stay sane when we find bugs?

I don't care to look back at when UBB was sold/bought, but I don't anticipate anything changing until that event happens again. I'm certainly not going to hold my breath. This companies commitment is obviously pretty low since they can't even make time to communicate with their customers. Do they expect us to stick around?
