I believe that as an old w3t licensee I'm entitled to remove this if I so desire.

I don't. I'm more than happy to display it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

However, I would like to move it so that it appears below what's in my footer.php include file. Is this possible?

I think you can put stuff before it.... as long as it's there and visible. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

One of the infopoppers will probably confirm that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Thanks Josh.

I just figured out to do it ......... by - as I think you were suggesting - putting what I wanted to appear above the Infopop logo in the ubbt_footer.tmpl file rather than the footer.php include file. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Hi daveande:

Thank you for checking with us. You rock! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="images/icons/cool.gif" />

You can move it if you want, it just needs to be visible. Per Section 2 of our license terms,

"(The) 'Powered By' legends at the bottom of each page may not be removed. You may modify the positioning and colors, and/or remove the hyperlink to Infopop's website, as long as the legends remain readily perceptible to the human eye. You may also modify the HTML for the purpose of using the copyright notice and/or 'Powered By' legend as your affiliate link while participating in Infopop's Commission Junction affiliate program."

Have a great day! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Hey Kimberly, I'm pleased you think so! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

It occurred to me after I'd resolved this. I would guess that Infopop want their copyright logo to appear at the very bottom of the page - which is indeed what I wanted to make happen?

That's not how it works at present. The contents of the includes/footer.php file are displayed after the contents of the ubbt_footer.tmpl file, and so below the copyright logo.
