In order for any submitted language files to be kept upto date by the authors - it would be useful if any changes to the files are documented here. For example if a new language string is introduced into one of the files then listing it here, will enable the people concerned to update their original file.

Also is there any time limit / abilty here to change the original language attachments? It will soon become out of date if the original attachment cannot be updated.

The upgrade script itself will tell you what is new and ask if you'd like to merge it into the language settings.
