I have compiled ALL these neat greamlins and have them saved in a folder on my HD. How do I upload them so that members can use them in posts. Also, is there some kind of a REASONABLE number of greamlins I can use without overloading my boards??

Under Admin -> Add a Graemlin.

Then you can add them from there.

Too many graemlins will make the posting page look cluttered. There is a great modification available at www.threadsdev.com which limits the number of graemlins on the posting pages - then the rest can open in a pop-up panel - which allows you to have as many as you like. I recommend it.
