Someone was jacking with the windows 2000 server and the machine no longer responds to localhost.

What do I do now??

I am getting the following error:

If I have to chenge something to reflect the new computer name which files do I change??

Is it possible that they screwed with your database username or password? If so, you can re-set that information in the configuration settings area of your control panel.

It's definately a mysql issue. Changing your password/login info in the config setting should do as Rosemary says.

The file is config.inc.php, that's where the password and username for the database connection are kept

Note, however, that it's recommended that you use the control panel to make changes like that, rather than altering the file/script.
