I just want to note that as someone unfamiliar with your products, it took me a while to figure out that UBB.threads and ubb.classic are old versions of the same product. When looking for support, the first two categories are "UBB.classic Support" and "UBB.threads Support". Ever think of calling your UBB.x support forum "UBB.x Support"? I read "Infopop Web Hosting" and thought, I don't have a web hosting question, I have a UBB.x question, and I ignored the rest of it.

Good point - ubb.classic and UBB.threads are not really 'old' versions of ubb.x - they are available for download and each serves unique markets

I will ask that we change the wording on those Forums to make it easier to find the ubb.x forums in the future
