This has only happened once so far and I've not been able to replicate it, but a user who had joined the forum a few days ago, made some posts, did not have any problems, suddenly found that his display name had changed to his password. Username changes are disabled on the system, so it should not have been possible for the user to have done this. Since passwords are not stored plain text I would imagine this is something that occurred at login somehow.
