I don't know whether this is a known issue or not; I can't find any reference to the problem anywhere on these boards, so...

Suddenly, after six months of trouble-free use of Ubbthreads 6.5.1, all my admins are reporting that they cannot access the control panel. They can log in ok, but the control panel link always returns a completely blank page.

We recently upgraded our version of PHP from 5.0.2 to 5.0.5 and this problem may coincide with the change (no-one can recall whether admin access has worked correctly in the time since the upgrade). I'd like to upgrade to ubb 6.5.2, but I'm obviously loathe to attempt this while there is a known issue with the installation.

Can anyone shed any light, please?

Make sure that none of the language files in the languages/yourlanguage/admin directory are corrupt or missing (substitute "yourlanguage" with the directory name of the language that your mods are using).

Thanks for the suggestion, but...

Nothing has changed in the ubbthreads folders -- and all files seem perfectly intact; we've just suddenly lost functionality that used to be just fine! This is affecting all admin accounts on all installations of ubbthreads on our boards server, so is unlikely to be caused by file corruption. All that seems to be affected is access to the admin area and also the ability to logout, which also seems to be denied to admins!

Any help gratefully received, as currently no-one can get in to approve a large bunch of new boards members.
