Is there or will be any soultion to post Links in board not as links inside a textmessage. It should be a special message on top of all other messages that contains a description and a link ... like an anouncement.

I would use it to put a link collection for the topic of the board on top of all postings.

Example: in a World of Warcraf general talk forum I would place a link posting with links to the distributor and links to tools. In a subboard with internal clan postings I put a link posting wich contains links to clan resources and special tips.

This should be edit only by admin and moderator and have a special appearance in the postlisting.

why not just use the forum introduction?

Its text and you must edit html or ubb code if you use the introduction. This can only done by admin, not mod (maybe possible in V7, I dont know). It is a possible solution but I dont like it.

It would be better to have a separate posting type with fixed input sections: Title for Url, url itself. If you submit the url would be checked. Something like the linksDB Hack for Threads but not as separated page. It should be included in the posting or catview list.
