I have a header and footer on my site (my pages are either shtml or asp) for navigation and such. How do I have them show around my board? I am using v6.05.

Control Panel => Primary Settings => Style Templates => "Submit Choice"

Inside look for Header:
and Footer:

cut and paste your various html code in the proper parts.
