Is there a way to access the Rules and Regulations that the users usually ignore during registration?

There is something that does the same thing for the COPPA and the Privacy stuff, but no way to get to the rules once you register. If there isn't, then this is a big mistake, if there is, I'm just an idiot and can't find it anywhere.
